Until April, for us, sadly, yes. Same night and time as Lost when it comes back too. I'm gonna have to tape it.

Finn IS my man crush. ;D For Christmas, my friend made me a poster/collage of him. The reason that it's so long is: They aired the pilot episode in May, after the American Idol finale, to test the waters. See the interest. It got A LOT of buzz. So they ordered the rest of the series be made before the pilot aired. The Pilot aired and it got upward of 11 million viewers. They ordered a full season at that point. So by September 9th, 2009 (the second episode air date) they had almost all of the first 13 episodes filmed. Music was being finished up. The music is taking them the longest time for this show. So, it finished December 9th, and will comeback April 13. It probably won't the usual routine for the show.

Yeah I only just realised that America releases pilots all the time, and only if they get a lot of attention they're continued with. And it's only then that they get shipped off to Ol Blighty (I've never said that before im my life, I'm just trying to be more british than I am).
In england they just show a show from start to finish, regardless of if anyone likes it or not. But on average they're only about 6 episodes a season. I think the most I've seen is Skins which has 10 episodes a season. So there you go, more pointless information for your brain.

Finished watching the episodes (had to go back and re-watch them since I got my sister hooked lol) and they are evil, evil people in FOX network for making us wait that long haha nah, I understand that the musical numbers/production must take a lot longer than usual shows. Great stuff, and I swear, I'm amazed no one has written a character like Finn before.

So I'm bored, and felt like telling you that Glee is showing in the UK on Monday! And theyre doing a double bill with one of my favourite episodes in it: Showmance.
So anyone agree what are you guys' favourite episodes? *SPOILERS* I'm going with Showmance (mainly for the celebacy club scene) and Matress, since Schue finally got rid of that annoying crazy wife of his. I also liked The Rhodes not taken, because watching this 30 year old woman trying to fit in with a bunch of teens was hilarious to watch, and a bit of Rachel/Finn business at the end.

Watched the first two episodes. The Pilot were good. Really good. Episode 2... Not so much. There's a lot of good characters in it, too. Especially Kurt. And Artie. And Sue, off course, but mostly because Jane Lynch played an amazing part in Criminal Minds. Anyway, I don't like Rachel and I actually HATE Finn. He's just... too much. Ugh.
But Sue rules.

I've watched the first 3 episodes now.
Not bad, not spectacular.
I like Will, Kurt and Sue.

I really love it, I don't know why there's just something I really enjoy about it. I enjoy most characters, even Quin who seems a bit lackluster for me. I'm hoping they get to spend more time on other characters however, some of them felt a bit too in the frame compared to other. I guess I'm a Gleek...shameless...

Well I got halfway through episode 4 thanks to the website's limit of how much you watch in a day, I'll restart again soon... I gotta say that I find Rachel truly insufferable, as well as Terri. Quinn was up there, but I think now that she's joined Glee she's gotten a bit more tolerable. My favorites atm are probably Emma, Sue, and Mercedes. Emma because I find her to be the only female on the show who isn't obnoxiously mean, rude, or scheming and that she's just totally adorable and likeable. Sue's just brilliant. No need to elaborate here. Mercedes is a wonderful singer - probably one of my favorites right now. She needs a lot more development though if she's gonna stick here, but I do know some people similar to her so I can probably tolerate her attitude longer than most can. Will's good, but I honestly think he's a bit boring. He's never made me mad, or made me laugh. He's just there. Finn's good too, I think he and Will will make it on my list soon enough. This show has a problem atm with equal screentime/development for each of its characters. "Glee" seems to devote most of its attention to characters like Rachel (gah), Will, Emma, Kurt, and Sue while not giving enough time to develop others like Mercedes, Tina or Artie. If "Glee" can do that before I finish the 13-episode run its on so far, it will easily become one of my current favorite shows on TV. If not, then it's still a good show with lots of potential. Can't wait to finish. ;D

I thought I would start this up again now it's finished.
So, I was really dissapointed that they lost, but I guess it was nice to see that Sue-defining moment when she voted for them. It was really sweet. Although I can't see how after her saving Glee, she could go back to the same role of trying to destroy it every week. That's not gonna work, they'll need a new villain for season 2.
I suggest Olivia Newton John, she's a bitch.
The Bo'Glee'mian Rhapsody was really clever, I think that's the first time I've ever laughed whilst seeing someone give birth on tv.
I was just reading Johno's earlier comment on how in the first half of the season it was mainly all about Finn and Rachel, and I think now theres been a major shift in character development, nearly everyone is getting solos and showing that they actually have really good voices (in the case of Santana atleast).
Although Kurts dad really loves his speeches, Jeeze calm down sometimes, some of those father/son scenes are a bit cringe. They have to have a bit more to go with than the whole difficulty factor. But still, a definate improvement in the second half of the season. Good job.

I actually thought the second half of the season was somewhat worst than the first half. The penultimate episode "Funk" particularly was just weird and unsettling throughout. The second half of the season also seemed to forget what the first half was about - a lot of characters got put on a bench somewhere forgotten. However, the finale was really great and brought back my faith =D
