Well, I wanted to preface this by saying that JP is one of my favorite shows on RUN, and I promise some reviews will (probably) be up by the end of this week, as they're deserved.
SO:
1.) Not many shows have been able to successfully adapt from a movie or movie series, with the only one in my memory to be even remotely successful as the Sarah Conner Chronicles, so that being said, how have you gone about making this show in the same universe as the movies without feeling constrained or dependent on the science and characters put forth by them?
2.) It's crossed my mind a few times as to how hard it could be to go on past two or three seasons, so I was curious as to how many seasons you plan on making the show go on for, and if so, do you have a plan to keep it fresh and entertaining every season, without getting stale?

Time for JP's biggest fan to hop in with a few questions. 1) You said you had Diane Lane in mind for Vivien's role before finally settling on Cate Blanchett... Did the character have any differences when you were thinking of Lane in the role, or was she always the same, good ol Vivien? 2) You have an intense hatred for Spinosaurus. Any potential cameo for us fans?  Even just a dead carcass being eaten by a T-Rex would suffice for me! 3) Had you ever considered bringing back original Jurassic Park characters for the series? 4) How was the series' concept nailed down? Did you run through many different concepts on how to carry on the JP legacy or was it always about the revival of the park? 5) Any teases for us fans for the future of the show? In particular, the big finale! |
