SUMMARY[/font]
In the year 2015, an Island rises out of the ocean off the American east coast. The United States military acts quickly to understand why it appeared and what it is, but find themselves facing ruthless opposition. In a parallel story, In the year 2055, the Island is now a planned city called Moirae with a thriving population. However, several citizens discover that there is a dark underbelly to the young metropolis that many would give their lives to keep hidden.
