I had a HTC for a year and Chatbox would never load for me. Now this is a completely true story; as soon as I ordered my upgrade and my iphone 5, chatbox randomly started working on my HTC. How insane? After a year of never loading.
But no, I can't get it up on my iphone either which really annoys me. My BBC News app is also shit for the record.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit, which does load the chatbox (with a fair share of problems too). An Android phone, so I'm not familiar with how it would work on an iPhone, sorry. It doesn't load on my iPod Touch 5th gen however, which runs on the same OS, so I have no clue  |

Seems like its not something the iPhone supports then. I could enable the forums built in shoutbox if you'd like?

Ok I've enabled the shoutbox and tested on my own iPhone it works fine.
